Created in 1989 and a member of CIEL Textile, CDL is a fully integrated knitting, dyeing and finishing mill located in Forest Side.  With a workforce over 400, CDL produces fabric for the fine knits garment-making industry. CDL is currently looking for an Operations Supervisor (Dyeing).

The Operations Supervisor (Dyeing) shall be reporting to the Production Leader.

What you will be doing:

·        Lead a team of 15 operators 

·        Ensure zero delay on production target, fabric delivery and closing work orders  

·        Monitor quality of fabric being delivered

·        Proper utilization of manpower for maximum efficiency 

·        Resolve problems and counsel employees on how to achieve target 

·        Ensure that products meet our customers’ requirements 

·        Comply with the company’s quality standards  

·        Technical machine monitoring and reporting issues to the technical team as needed 

·        Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What are we looking for?

·        Minimum School Certificate

·        A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position

·        Ability to work on shift system

·        Ability to manage team

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong decision-making skills

·        Good time management
