Objectives of this Role:
- Work on international projects for content writing and rephrasing, including articles, PR, blogs, and more.
- Manage the quality of content delivered by the content team.
- Review and edit written articles for grammar, verbiage, and clarity.
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, transforming insights into effective language.
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Research, outline, write, and edit content, collaborating closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
- Develop content specifically for HR and IT services, with a strong focus on SEO.
- Create compelling website articles, social media posts, and SEO content.
- Produce engaging content for website pages, infographics, case studies, Google ads, Facebook ads, and other creative materials.
- Quickly learn and understand complex subject matter to convey it effectively in written form.
- Write documentation and procedure manuals tailored to various audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in journalism, communications, or a relevant technical field.
- Four or more years of experience as an effective technical content writer.
- Proven experience in HR and IT service content writing for SEO purposes.
- Experience in writing website articles and social media content.
- Experience in creating content for website pages, infographics, case studies, Google ads, Facebook ads, and other creative formats.
- Ability to quickly grasp and simplify complex topics.
- Superb written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
