Overview:

TDS Global Human Resources Consultancies LLC, a part of TDS Group of companies, is seeking qualified and dedicated Technicians for the daily operations and maintenance (O&M) of line and substation maintenance. These positions are critical for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our government power projects in Varanasi, Kausambi, and Mirzapur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on power lines and substations.
• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other technicians and engineers to complete projects and resolve issues.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with consumers when necessary, addressing any concerns related to power supply.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Mobility: Must have own Android phone and bike for transportation to various locations.
• Experience: Preference for candidates with prior experience in line and substation maintenance.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance procedures.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills for interacting with team members and consumers.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Reliability: Strong attention to detail and reliability in performing assigned duties.
