Job Description

The Design Head should lead a team of in-house Architects/ Interior Designers/ Consultants to design and manage Corporate Interior Projects
The creative head will guide the team from concept development through completion.
Good verbal and writing skills to interact with Clients, Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers to discuss various deliverables.
Developing and presenting project proposals using 3D modelling, texture mapping, and other techniques to create graphics, visual effects, and animations
Utilized computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs, and coordinate plans, detailed drawings, and specifications with proper documentation.
Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
