Job Description:
We are seeking highly dedicated candidates to join our team as a Finance Support Executive. As a Finance Support Executive, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing market trends, and providing valuable insights related to commodity markets to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Address and resolve client queries related to financial products, services, and market trends.
Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Interpret and convey system-generated financial recommendations to clients.
Ensure clients understand and can act upon the recommendations provided.
Regularly read and stay updated with the latest market news, trends, and reports.
Distribute relevant market updates and reports to clients.
Analyze client financial situations and provide tailored solutions based on their needs.
Assist clients in understanding analysis reports and guide them on potential financial actions.
Perform fundamental financial tasks and support functions as required.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
MBA or PGDM in the Specialization of Finance is mandatory for this position. No other specializations will be accepted
Freshers are accepted. Relevant experience in commodity market research is a plus.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey research findings effectively.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
