For Quality Profile:

• Should be able to prepare master list of all measuring instruments like AC/DC power supply, Multimeter, torque meter, gauges, Vernier caliper   etc.
• Should be able to review Master list  on monthly basis for Addition / deletion of instruments in master  list as per user/spoc.  confirmation
• Should be able to categorise instruments for in-house / external calibration.
• Should be able to trouble shoot 1st level if any instruments have an error
• Should be ale to perform verifiaction of instruments after calibration
• Should be able to perform Jigs & Fixtures  calibration and validation

For SMT Profile:

• Should have an understanding of AOI programming and Mass production false call fine tuning process 
• Should be able to perform AOI inspecting for accurate, consistent detection of component placement and solder joint defects analysis knowledge .
• Should be able to perform Inspection on populated PCBs and identifying component misplacement and solder defects to IPC-A-610 standards , updating AOI program and as well as validation 
• Should be able to collect SPC data and reporting on defect trends found at AOI
• Updating AOI inspection documents as required for production use
• Resolving program related issues as needed.
• Maintaining AOI programs and inspection records
• AOI defect skip call analysis and NG sample validation .
• Overview all the SMT process and defect knowledge .

For Soldering profile

• SMD and TH component assembling/Reworking
• Manual wiring
• Store maintenance
• Resolving technical problems in PCB boards
• Basic circuit making
