Company Overview: We are a leading manufacturing company in Dhule, Maharashtra, dedicated to maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team, responsible for the maintenance and management of our utility systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of utility systems, including HVAC, boilers, water systems, and other mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in utility systems and perform corrective actions promptly.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs, reports, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of utility system upgrades and installations.
• Monitor energy consumption and work towards optimizing efficiency and reducing operational costs.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Maintenance Engineer, preferably in utility systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency repairs.
