Job Description :-

We are seeking for a talented and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Telesales Executive / Manager . He / she will be responsible for upselling our products and services to potential customers through Telephonic . He/ she will also be responsible for calling to customers and answering all their questions any time. 

Responsibilities :

First Call Assistance :

Handle incoming / outgoing calls and inquiries from potential clients. Provide detailed information about our travel packages, destinations, and services.

Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer personalized recommendations.

2.Strong Follow-ups :

Maintain regular communication with prospective clients through follow-up calls and emails.

Address any concerns or questions clients may have promptly and effectively.

3.  Convert Leads into Sales :

Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert inquiries into bookings.

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management.
