Key Responsibilities 
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication
Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Understand customer needs and offer tailored product or service solutions

Requirements
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is required
Experience in BPO sales and telesales is essential
Candidates with a retail sales background will not be considered
Assamese-speaking candidates with average communication skills are also welcome to apply
We prefer candidates with experience from companies such as Teleperformance Banking & Concentrix and Startek

Qualifications
Previous experience in telesales or a similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
