Job Introduction / Roles Responsibilities 

As a professionally trained Security Guard for G4S, you could be a member of the security team responsible for securing premises, such as building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks and factories. You would be conducting foot or vehicle patrols, controlling access at points of entry, securing equipment and people, responding to emergency situations, monitoring CCTV, surveillance operative and helping to identify and prevent criminal activity. 

• Protect premises, property, and information

• Reporting daily to Supervisor with all daily reports as per procedures

• Ensuring all Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times

• All Health, Safety, and Environment instructions are to be adhered to at all times

• Operating and monitoring security systems

• Control the entry and exit of individuals, materials, and vehicles

• Patrol on foot searching for any situations or conditions hazardous to the property or safety of a person at a site

• Patrol all outside parking areas as required to ensure vehicle safety and to detect an unauthorized person

• Write appropriate reports as required

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Education qualifications is 10th Pass

• Minimum Height 5 feet and 7 inches (5’ 7”) for men

• Age between 18 to 35 for fresher and upto 40 for Experienced Security Guard

• Physically and Medically fit and look like mature 

 *All security guards shall receive Management issued Ten (10) piece uniform during summer season at the time of hire with Company insignia. Each uniform issued shall consist of the following:

 Two (2) pairs of Blue long-sleeved shirts 

• Two (2) pairs of Dark Blue pants

• One (1) Blue Commando Cap

• One (1) Belt

• One (1) Tie

• One (1) black rubber-soled shoe 

• Two (2) pair of Socks

*All security guards shall receive Management issued five (5) piece uniform during winter season at the time of hire with Company insignia. Each uniform issued shall consist of the following:

• One (1) pairs of Coat

• One (1) pairs of Pullover

• One (1) pairs of Long John

• One (1) pairs of Under shirt

• One (1) pairs of Monkey Cap

3) All security guards shall be required to wear the Management issued Uniform while on duty with black rubber-soled shoes (not tennis shoes or sneakers).

4) The uniform policy is applicable to all security guards regardless of gender.

5) Failure to wear the Management issued uniform in accordance with this policy shall result in disciplinary action. Repeated violations of this policy may result in the withholding of increment/Salary and may force Management to take some disciplinary action against employee.

Note: Security deposit Rs. 2800/- at the time of joining. which is a refundable Uniform Security deposit Rs. 2000/- (Refunded  after one year  continuation service in G4S) and Rs. 800/- non refundable.
