Investigation Supervisor
1. Always maintaining TAT of investigation closures.
2. Resolve Grievance and allegations arising out of Investigation.
3. Review of medical records and other records obtained to formulate an opinion on the eligibility of insurance claim
4. Preparation and submission of final insurance report
5. Report hospitals and agents involved in fallacious activity to surveillance team
6. Feedback to external agencies and internal field team on quality of investigation
Points to be noted
Note 1: Candidates with medico background only will be eligible for investigation supervisor role
Note 2: Exception to bands may be taken if required
Note 3: Positions are open for both male as well as female candidates
Note 4: All selected candidates will have to go through a month’s training in Gurgaon, their travelling and
lodging expense would be borne by CHIL.
Note 5. This position is on incentive model and selected candidates will be eligible for the same.
