Job Summary :

AUTOMOTIVE TELECALLER

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Telecaller to join our dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our dealership services, and booking appointments for vehicle sales, servicing, and other dealership offers. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience, ultimately contributing to the dealership's sales and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Outreach

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the dealership's products, services, and special offers.
    • Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding vehicles, pricing, financing options, promotions, and service appointments.
    • Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and provide tailored information.
  2. Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

    • Generate and follow up on leads from various sources, including online inquiries, social media, and marketing campaigns.
    • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives, service appointments, and meetings with sales representatives.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
  3. Customer Relationship Management

    • Act as a liaison between customers and the dealership's sales and service teams.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly.
    • Follow up with customers post-visit to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
  4. Promotions and Upselling

    • Inform customers of current promotions, discounts, and new arrivals to increase customer interest and drive sales.
    • Upsell additional products and services, including maintenance packages, warranties, and add-on features, based on customer needs.
  5. Team Collaboration

    • Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth and timely customer follow-up.
    • Assist with other dealership duties as needed to support the overall sales and customer service goals.
