Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information regarding products or services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and quotas within established timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales processes and compliance.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to improve sales skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Graduation and under-graduate both can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections effectively
• Fluency in relevant languages may be required, depending on the target market
