Attendance Bonus- 2000-/ on 25/26 duty in a month, 1500-/ on 24 duty in a month

Food- 150 rs  Deduction  for 26 days

Travel- 120 rs Deduction  for 26 days

Accommodation- 1200/- rs per month Deduction  

Duty- 8 hours and in shift(A, B, C)

If an associate works 26 days in a month then after all deduction he can earn – 18030-/ per month.

On completion of One Year- 10000

On completion of Two Years- 20000

On completion of Three years- 30000
