Role & responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
Volume Hiring
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training programs.
Maintain and update employee records and handle HR-related queries.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Office Administration
Back office Coordination

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/ Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in an HR role, ideally in recruitment or generalist HR functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
