Gender : Male (Rotational shift), Female(Morning shift)

Working Hours : 9-10 hours (one week off between Monday to Thursday only)

Age Limit : 18-24 years

Qualification : 12th / Graduation

Skills / Responsibilities :

• Must be presentable.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Knowledge about basic computer.
• To personally greet the customers and other affluent people at each touch point with correct salutation
• Service on seat, suggestive & Up selling,
• Customer query handling
• GSA gives each guest a personal recognition. This could be in a form of memorizing names of the customers or addressing them with the correct salutations, such as "Miss", "Sir", and “Ma'am".
• They attend promptly to customers queries and assist them with their needs.
• Taking effective orders and satisfying the customers
• Box office handling ,ticketing and reporting
• Fresher can also apply.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month ( in Hand )
