• Provide detailed information about wine options and pairings.
• Assist with wine service during meals, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain wine inventory and ensure proper storage of wine.
• Work closely with suppliers to stay informed on new wines, discounts, and product availability.
• Oversee and assist with wine storage and stock levels.
• Help train and guide staff on wine knowledge and service.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during service.
• Attend regular wine-related training and educational sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
