Title:    Project Supervisor

Reporting to : Assistant Project Manager

Reportees : 

1.       Contractors and Workers

Work in co-ordination with:

1.       Project Coordinator

2.       Billing Engineers

3.       Executive Stores (Projects) 

KEY DELIVERABLES

1.       Ensure the daily installation quantities of each contractor is more or equal to the planned quantity (Achieve >100% Plan adherence everyday)

2.       Zero Tolerance on Quality and Quantity for min 5% of the site must be ensured.

3.       Line stoppage due to man, materials, and machine/tools - <5% of Available time

4.       Zero Accidents

5.       JMC must be uploaded within 7 days of the work completion (Last week JMC must be uploaded in this week)

6.       All surveys as per the checklist must be completed 3 days prior to the installation date.

7.       Ensure 1 contractor in each division.

Scope of Work: 

1.       Weekly signature & uploading of the JMC’s in the system for each section and division office.

2.       Ensuring the availability and manpower (daily basis) and materials (weekly basis) required for the project delivery.

3.       Processing the bills from Section office to Division Office

4.       Site Survey & Contractor acquisition

Qualification: 

1.       The candidate must be post graduate in electricals with the minimum experience of 3 years in the Electrical turnkey projects of LT lines with any reputed electrical turnkey contractors and must have knowledge of handling the contractors.

2.       The candidate must be capable for understanding the technical work and must be good in communication with the local staff.
