Diploma in Civil / Mech engg. / ITI / 12 pass with 1 to 5 years exp.

Knowledge of civil construction (Road, Dam, Bridge, Flyover, Canal etc.) & related work, study of Drawing. Survey, Maps, Topographical reports. Handling of Construction workmen and monitoring for their daily work. Attendance and allocation of job as per requirements. Security of company property and maintenace as per schedule.

Assess strength of soil, steel, cement, concrete. foundation. Estimation of labour, material & equipment required for project. MEP work (pumps/panels/internal piping/AC/sanitary/electrical etc.). Monitor project progress, DPR, maintaining standards, quality & safety. Keeping records of construction e.g. drawings, invoices, measurement sheets, challans, schedules etc.

Random witness of the work & surveillance, Preparation / checking of measurement sheets, & calculation, documentation and reporting to HOD / Project Manager. Collaborates with architect, consultant, contractors, vendors, workmen etc.
