Manning of Security Control Room coordination on phone and email, reporting & assisting in resolution of problems to the client, handle first level of faults in electronic security system like Access Control, CCTV.

Have to look alerts base live monitoring for Banks,

Take an action as per SOP or Protocols and give a support or troubleshoot for branch team is facing arming to branch or other issue.

Support for all bank network & other gadgets.

Making Report of banks.

Must have high logical mind and attention to detail.

No Sales No target.
