Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our shoe and bag finish chemical products in the assigned region.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, building long-term relationships with footwear and leather manufacturers.
• Leverage existing connections with brands and key players in the industry to drive business growth.
• Provide on-site technical service and support to customers, ensuring proper application of products and troubleshooting issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with the R&D and production teams to align product development with market demands.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
