We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive at Our client place based at Gurgaon, Haryana. The ideal will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base. This is a junior-level position that requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves engaging with potential clients, managing leads, and continuously strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate will work from our Gurgaon office and will utilize various CRM tools and sales techniques to achieve set targets and contribute to the company's bottom line.

Roles and Responsibilitie

  • Conduct telephonic sales calls to potential clients and introduce our HR service offerings
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, lead qualification to closing deals
  • Identify potential sales opportunities through cold calls and networking events
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve overall targets
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to clients, outlining our service benefits
  • Handle client objections seamlessly, offering solutions to overcome barriers to purchase

Qualifications and Skil

  • Experience in cold calling to reach out to potential clients and introduce our real estate busines
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce for managing leads and sales processes effectivel
  • Capability in lead generation to identify and qualify potential buyers of our recruitment service
  • Strong objection handling skills to address concerns and turn prospects into client
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for streamlining marketing and sales alignmen
  • Effective negotiation skills to close deals and maximize revenue return
  • Ability to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retentio
