Job Summary :

Identify and flag deviations/ risks with the safety, health, quality and environment. This includes the reporting of near misses
Apply escalation process in case of any deviation (safety, environment, quality, performance)
Know the recommended gestures to perform the standard operating modes. Suggest proposals to improve the operating mode.
Ensure proper recording of barriers and performance in Red / Green follow up Brazing
Adept in assessing and managing the brazing for different metals and alloys.
Needs to understand the specifications presented for various products and complete the brazing process from orching to the cooling
Align and secure workpieces in fixtures, jigs, or vise, usingule, square, or template.
Copper to Copper Brazing experience mandatory.
