Standard Process Application

• Identify and flag deviations/ risks with the safety, health, quality and environement. This includes the reporting of near misses
• Apply escalation process in case of any deviation (safety, environment, quality, performance)
• Know the recommended gestures to perform the standard operating modes. Suggest proposals to improve the operating mode.
• Ensure proper recording of barriers and performance in Red / Green follow up

Plumbing

• Reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
• Cutting, assembling and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)
• Installing and maintaining Water/ Air supply systems
• Identify leaks and take the necessary measures to fix the issues
• Repair/replace the necessary components to ensure the health of the equipment
• Understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings

Other Duties

• Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances
• Run the appropriate tests to ensure the product is functional from a quality, safety and operational stand point
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
• Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
• General operator skills is a plus
