We are seeking a skilled VMC Operator to join our team at the Gurgaon location. This mid-level position is ideal for individuals who possess expertise in Day to Day VMC Machine Opeartions. The suitable candidate must also be familiar with quality inspection tools and adhere to ISO standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in VMC Machine Operations, with the ability to write and troubleshoot G-code efficiently for the desired output in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have hands-on experience with Fanuc Control System, ensuring seamless operational processes.
• Sound knowledge of milling machine operations, including setup and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Capable of using quality inspection tools to ensure that all products meet industry standards and specifications.
• Understanding of tool change procedures, enabling quick and efficient tool modifications to reduce machine downtime.
• Experience in using Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) Software to effectively translate design specifications into tangible products.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To operate VMC machines effectively to produce high-quality components as per specified requirements.
• Set up and maintain various machining equipment, ensuring machines are functioning correctly and adhering to safety standards.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to verify that manufactured parts meet the design specifications and quality controls.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and enhance productivity.
• Continuously enhance skills through training and adaptation to new technologies and methodologies in the machining domain.
