Job Summary :

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the manufacturing sector.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, Like : Indeed, Job hai, Apna app, Naukri, and others networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide candidates with necessary information about the interview process and company culture.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice by highlighting its strengths, values, and opportunities for career growth.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to enhance the company's visibility in the job market.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear and timely communication.
  • Provide feedback to candidates in a professional and constructive manner.
  • On boarding and Orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to facilitate training and integration of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Requirements: -

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
