Responsibilities Of Candidates Include:
• Operations like initiating verifications, document screening, and preparing reports.
•Manage end-to-end employee background verification processes, including document validation, and reporting.
•Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for audits.
•Identify and address any potential risks related to inaccurate or incomplete background checks.
•Act as a point of contact between the organization, verification agencies, and candidates.
