1. Lead and support the HESPL Field Staff & Haqdarshak team in delivering social entitlements to
citizens.
2. Oversee recruitment, training, and mentorship of Field Agents (Haqdarshaks).
3. Engage with partners, entrepreneurs, and team members by spending 90% of the time in the field.
4. Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders.
5. Conduct Digital productivity/ financial literacy training.
6. dentify and onboard local community members as Haqdarshaks through the AMS
     (Agent Management System) on the HD Portal.
7. Mobilize the community to participate in application camps.
8. Take ownership of and responsibility for assigned block/districts.

Experience:
3–5 years in Social Protection or a similar field; Entrepreneurship Development project
experience preferred..
Qualification
 Minimum graduation in any discipline, preferably the social or development sector
(Education: MSW, MA, BSW, BA in Social Work, Agriculture )
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Organizational Skills:
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
Writing Skills:
Able to produce quick, clear communications and reports.
Training:
xperience in training field cadres, particularly in last-mile support.
