International process Salary: 26k to 38k CTC including PLI (Fresher – Depends upon Qualification) Domestic Process Salary: 15k to 18k CTC including PLI (Fresher – depends upon campaign)

Job Description:

 To escalate the queries of the customer via Call

 Resolve the customer issue for customers.

 To provide the best resolution to the customers.

 Maintain the better relationship with the customers.

 Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.

 Qualification: Any Graduate

 Good communication skill (Verbal & Written)
