Job Title: Rural Employment Coordinator (Place Coordinator)

Job Summary:
The Rural Employment Coordinator is responsible for identifying unemployed youth in villages, small towns, schools, and colleges, informing them about job opportunities, and organizing batches to send them to other states for employment in large logistics companies. The role requires strong local area knowledge, networking skills, and the ability to mobilize job seekers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying & Engaging Local Job Seekers
• Conduct surveys and connect with unemployed youth in villages, small towns, and educational institutions.
• Build a strong network with local influencers, teachers, and community leaders.
• Educate candidates about job opportunities in logistics companies.
2. Batch Formation & Mobilization
• Convince and enroll interested candidates for jobs outside their home state.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and joining formalities.
• Ensure smooth transition and onboarding at the job location.
3. Coordination with Companies & HR Teams
• Collaborate with logistics companies to understand hiring needs.
• Ensure documentation and compliance (ID proofs, medical checks, etc.).
• Maintain a record of candidates placed and monitor their progress.
4. Awareness & Outreach Activities
• Conduct local job fairs, awareness camps, and meetings.
• Use social media, posters, and word-of-mouth to spread job information.
• Address concerns related to job security, salaries, and work conditions.
5. Grievance Handling & Retention
• Stay in touch with candidates after placement to ensure job satisfaction.
• Help resolve workplace issues and support retention efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Minimum 12th pass, graduate preferred.
• Skills: Strong local area knowledge, networking ability, and communication skills.
• Other: Willingness to travel frequently and work in rural areas.
Preferred Background:
• Experience in mobilizing blue-collar workers.
• Prior work in NGOs, employment agencies, or skill development programs.
