Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and people oriented HR Recruiter /Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Hiring Screening Self recruitment training employee relations performance management and compliance with labor laws to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Self Recruitment Hiring Screening Training Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate campus Drive Job Fair and conduct interviews.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.


Training and Development
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires with 90days Performance.

Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems.
Provide feedback and support to employees for growth and improvement.

HR Policies and Procedures
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.

Payroll and Compliance:
Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Exit Management:
Handle resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.

Employee Relations and Engagement:
Address employee queries and concerns.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Foster a positive work culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors and Masters Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
