2. Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled individuals to join our team in the roles of GDA, Attendant, Nursing Staff, Caretaker, and Baby Care professionals. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality care to patients, elderly individuals, or children, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
3. Key Responsibilities:
3.1 General Duty Assistant (GDA):
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility)
- Support nurses and medical staff in patient care
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of patient areas
- Monitor and report patient health status to supervisors
- Provide basic patient care under supervision
3.2 Attendant:
- Offer personal assistance to patients, elderly individuals, or children
- Help with physical mobility and exercise routines
- Ensure timely medication administration as instructed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of living spaces
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
3.3 Nursing Staff:
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Assist doctors during medical procedures
- Provide wound care, injections, and other nursing services
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients and families on healthcare practices
3.4 Caretaker:
- Offer round-the-clock care for elderly or disabled individuals
- Prepare and serve meals based on dietary requirements
- Assist with household chores and errands
- Ensure emotional support and companionship
- Maintain safety and security of clients at all times
3.5 Baby Care Professional:
- Provide nurturing care for infants and young children
- Prepare bottles, feed, and manage sleep schedules
- Change diapers and ensure hygiene
- Engage in developmental activities and playtime
- Monitor baby’s health and report concerns promptly
4. Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Certification in caregiving preferred)
- GDA Certification (for General Duty Assistants)
- Nursing Degree/Diploma with valid license (for Nursing Staff)
- Prior experience in similar roles is an advantage
- Basic first-aid knowledge is preferred

6. Working Conditions:
