Job Description:The purpose of the role is to determine and deliver the objectives and strategies for Mobil Lubricants within a dedicated region and set of outlets, and to effectively act as the primary relationship ‘owner’ with those outlets with the following accountability:•Territory planning and organization•Effective outlet visits and volume, billing and cash collection achievement via beat plans•Visibility and display of Mobil products•Development and growth of long-term customer relationships.Responsibilities:1.Implement secondary sales plans to achieve distribution, volumes, product mix & collection targets for the month2.Maintain strong relationship with customers i.e. retail shops, independent workshops, branded workshops, mechanics3.Work closely with Business Manager & EM Sales Advisor to prepare monthly outlet-wise micro plan, give inputs to create/adjust PJPs/beat plans and demonstrate team spirit in re-calibration of routes as needed for efficient coverage4.Conduct daily market visits as per beat plan to ensure daily/weekly/monthly distribution (accounts visited & orders collected), volumes & payment collection targets are met to increase productivity of each call5.Provide potential of retail outlets, existing stock level and assist Business Manager / Distributor principal in preparing volume forecasts6.Demonstrate product knowledge, trade schemes and monitor scheme utilization by outlet7.Maximize opportunities to influence product and promotional material visibility in outlets (merchandizing)8.Assess market trends, competition activities and identify new opportunities for growth9.Identify potential new retailers / workshops and build relationship with them to the point of sale to drive new business accounts (NBAs) thereby expanding distribution10.Build and maintain strong relationship with retailers to ensure repeat monthly sales, increase in lines / no. of SKUs sold, drive upselling / cross-selling and boost customer satisfaction11.Ensure capturing each visit in DMSRequirements:•Minimum 12th Pass, bachelor’s degree an advantage•Min. 2-3 years of experience in secondary sales & collections profile in lubricants or allied industries (Auto Spare parts, batteries, tyres)•Adept in local language•Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills•Must have bike and valid driving license
