Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding metal components using various welding techniques, ensuring high-quality welds and structural integrity of the products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld metal components using techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
• Read and interpret welding blueprints, specifications, and drawings.
• Ensure welds meet quality standards and adhere to safety protocols.
• Maintain and repair welding equipment and tools.
• Inspect completed welds for defects and perform corrective actions as needed.
• Follow all safety practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• ITI certification in Welding or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in welding or fabrication is preferred.
• Ability to work with different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of welding equipment and tools.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.

Shift Details:

• Rotational Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Compensation:

• For Freshers: ₹17,151 CTC/month
• For Experienced Candidates: ₹27,150 CTC/month (Salary will depend on interview performance)
