Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Turner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating turning machines to shape and cut materials according to specifications. The Turner will ensure the production of high-quality components and the smooth running of the machining process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate turning machines (lathe machines) to shape and cut materials based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Monitor the turning process to ensure materials are processed to the required tolerance and quality.
• Set up and adjust machines as per job requirements, including selecting appropriate tools and materials.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machines to ensure their optimal performance.
• Inspect and measure finished components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Keep detailed records of production and machine settings.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• ITI certification in Turner or a related technical field.
• Previous experience as a Turner or in a similar machining role is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good knowledge of turning machines and machining tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Shift Details:

• Rotational Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Compensation:

• For Freshers: ₹27,150CTC/month
• For Experienced Candidates: ₹30,150CTC/month (Salary will depend on interview performance)
