Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Chemical Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining chemical processing equipment, ensuring that products are manufactured according to production specifications and quality standards while following safety and environmental guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate chemical processing equipment such as reactors, pumps, and filtration systems to produce chemicals or other products.
• Monitor and adjust the production process to ensure the correct chemical reactions and desired product quality.
• Perform routine checks and inspections on equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Maintain accurate records of production, including batch numbers, chemicals used, and product output.
• Follow safety, quality control, and environmental regulations to ensure safe and compliant operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area, following all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and improve processes.

Requirements:

• ITI certification in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or related field.
• Previous experience in chemical manufacturing or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot chemical processing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and quality control processes in chemical operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Shift Details:

• Rotational Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Compensation:

• For Freshers: ₹18,280 CTC/month
• For Experienced Candidates: ₹20,540 CTC/month (Salary will depend on interview performance)
