General Duty Assistant (GDA)
· Dressing
· Bathing and skin care
· Feeding(Oral or Tube)
· Mouth and hair care
· Making beds (Bedding)
· Toileting assistance and Emptying Urine Bag.
· Bowel and bladder care
· Taking vital signs (temp, pulse, blood pressures etc)
· Helping patients walk with gait belts, walker, cane and other devices
· Assisting with range-of-motion exercises
· Transfer wheelchair-bound patients using safe patient handling devices
· Turning and positioning bedridden patients regularly
· Reporting all changes to the nurse
· Safety awareness
· Observing, reporting and documentation
Eligibility Criteria –
· Minimum 10th passes out plus Certification of Nursing Assistant/General Duty Assistant/Home Health Aide DIploma
· Must be above the age of 18 years.
Remuneration breaks-up
12Hrs – 12,000 To 13,000/- Pay Per Day Basis 30 days working
Stay In Patient Home – 13,000 To 15,000/- Pay Per Day Basis 30 days working
Payment may be revised as per the performance & Feedback of the Caregivers
