Customer Relationship executive opening in a leading MNC Banking company, Day shift opportunity.

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Salary:

• Fresher: 12.5k CTC
• Experienced: up to 18k CTC

Requirements:

• Graduation
• Proficient in English, Hindi, or Marathi
• Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
• Present and explain products/services to prospects.
• Accurately gather and document customer information.
• Communicate with customers to facilitate sales closure.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates, both freshers and experienced, are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in verbal communication in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is advantageous.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willing to work in a 7am to 8.30pm shift window (Any 9 hrs shift)
