We are seeking a skilled Solar Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience (or training) in installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

You will work directly with the project and engineering teams to install and commission solar rooftop systems, conduct site assessments, and ensure high-quality work that meets safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Installation:

• Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures.
• Ensure proper electrical and mechanical connections.
• Follow project designs and technical instructions accurately.

🔹 Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Inspect installed systems and identify issues.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and replace faulty components.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on solar panels and systems.

🔹 Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols (PPE, fall protection, electrical safety).
• Follow installation guidelines in line with government regulations and company standards.

🔹 Customer Interaction:

• Explain basic system operation to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries post-installation.

🔹 Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain site reports and installation records.
• Provide feedback to the project team for process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Educational Qualification:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy (preferred).
• Certified Solar PV Installer under SuryaMitra or equivalent program (preferred).

✅ Technical Skills:

• Experience with electrical wiring, conduit work, and AC/DC connections.
• Understanding of solar panels, inverters, and batteries.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Familiar with net metering and grid-tied systems (preferred).

✅ Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).

✅ Other Requirements:

• Willing to work at field sites across Jharkhand and Odisha.
• Physically fit to handle installations at heights and outdoor conditions.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
