B.      High Speed Hydraulic Pressure Indian make, 110 Tonne Clamping Force. (Prikan)

FACTORY SETUP:  Robots

C.      Side Entry label placement & part pickup Robot, (DEPL)

D.     Top Entry Label Placement & part pickup Robot (DEPL)

All machines run 100% automatically at high speeds. No Human operation except packing.

Key Tasks – Production Supervisor

1.      Start & Stop of machines & Robots as per need. Training junior staff towards this role.

2.      Managing the packer teams to ensure packing as per production speeds.

3.      Overseeing People / correcting minor issues / escalating technical problems in a timely manner.

4.      Stay in touch with Machinery service teams and external suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
