Key Responsibilities:

 Learning Welding Techniques: Assist with basic welding tasks and learn various welding

techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick welding) under supervision.

 Fitting & Assembly Support: Help fit and assemble metal components, ensuring they are

aligned and securely fastened.

 Blueprint Familiarization: Learn to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints to

assist in the assembly and fitting process.

 Tool & Equipment Handling: Become familiar with welding machines, grinders, and other

fabrication tools.

 Quality Checks: Assist in inspecting finished components to ensure they meet quality and

safety standards.

 Safety Awareness: Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment while

handling equipment and materials.

 Collaboration: Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with senior welders and

fitters to complete tasks.
