Job Description

Conduct regular inspections of materials, parts, and products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Identify and document any defects or deviations from quality standards during the production process.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to implement effective quality control measures and improve processes.
Prepare detailed reports on quality findings and present them to management and team leads.
Ensure compliance with both internal and external quality standards and regulations.
Train and mentor production staff on quality assurance practices and the importance of adherence to standards.
Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and help develop solutions to prevent recurrence.

Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
Interpret technical drawings and schematics to determine machine setup and tooling requirements.
Monitor machine operations for quality control, making adjustments as needed to maintain specifications.
Load and unload materials and parts from CNC machines efficiently and safely.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Document production processes, including ensuring accurate records of materials used, parts produced, and machine settings.
Collaborate with other team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices.

Set up and operate horizontal machining centers (HMCs) according to specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine machining operations.
Monitor machining processes and adjust settings as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HMCs to ensure optimal operation and longevity.
Maintain clear and accurate records of production output, machine settings, and inspection results.
Identify and troubleshoot machine issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure consistency and quality in production.
