Key Responsibilities
● Launch & Scale: Introduce and expand Chalo's products and services among private bus operators in Kannur district.
● Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust and strong relationships with bus operators, showcasing the value Chalo brings to their operations.
● Partnerships: Establish and maintain productive relationships with the Private Bus Operators Association and offer customized solutions.
● Revenue Growth: Oversee the P&L of the city and drive revenue expansion.
● Team Leadership: Manage a team of Business Executives, generate leads, and drive sales
● Collaboration: Work closely with the city operations team to provide seamless service.
Qualifications & Skills

● Market Expansion: Prior experience in launching new markets or cities.
● Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business). An MBA is a plus.
● Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Kannada & English
● People Skills: Ability to develop meaningful relationships and influence key stakeholders.
● Independence & Leadership: Capable of working independently and driving team success.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and email communication for effective reporting and coordination with a focus on data-oriented decision making.
