About Us:

Tata Electronics is a prominent player in India’s rapidly growing Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector, specializing in the production of high-value components and premium electronic devices.The Production Trainee will be deputed as shop floor technicians in precision electronics assembly. Their role will be to operate highly sophisticated and automated machines under supervision. Their job will require them to: 

• Accurately follow SOPs while operating machines and handling components
• Adhere to the safety and quality requirements of the shop floor
• Work in shifts (including night shifts) as per the requirements of the job.

Requirement:

• Total Position - 1300
• Eligibility - Candidates who are 18 years of age
• Qualification - 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma in STEM, Diploma in non STEM, Degree in STEM and Degree in non STEM
• Gender - Female only
• Specialization(STEM, non STEM) - Any Specialization
• Duration of Apprenticeship - 11 months
• Shifts - 3 Shifts on weekly rotational basis (Morning, Afternoon and Night)
• Working days - 6 days per week- Monday to Saturday

Stipend:

• HSC/ ITI- 12,500-13,500
• Diploma-Science Technology Engineering Maths-15,000
• Non Science Technology Engineering Maths-13,500
• Degree-Science Technology Engineering Maths-16,000
• Degree-Non-Science Technology Engineering Maths-14,750

• Training for Certified IPC Specialist-this is applicable for interns who will be converted to company rolls.
