Job Summary :

<h3>Key Deliverables:</h3><ol><li>Design and develop innovative, cost-effective electromechanical systems for 3 Phase UPS, PDU, and ancillaries.</li><li>Execute thermal design and packaging of power electronics, ensuring compliance with UL/IEC/NEC standards.</li><li>Perform complete product lifecycle developmentdesign, develop, test, validate, and release to manufacturing.</li><li>Prepare and manage engineering documentation and specifications using PLM tools like Windchill.</li></ol><h3>Role Responsibilities:</h3><ol><li>Conduct thermal simulations, structural analysis, and material selection for sheet metal and busbar components.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure manufacturability and design robustness.</li><li>Lead design reviews, respond to customer issues with RCA, and implement continuous improvements.</li><li>Optimize design parameterscost, performance, reliability, sizeadhering to Agile methodologies.</li></ol><p></p>
