• The person should have the good knowledge of solar cell and module line process.

• Hands-on experience with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron).

• Knowledge of ladder logic, SCADA/HMI interfaces, IO mapping.

• Good understanding of machine automation, servo drives, and field bus systems (PROFINET, EtherCAT, etc.).

• Troubleshooting automation errors and alarms.

• Good knowledge of Configuring control systems for the stringer, Bussing, Six axis robot, laminator, etc.

• • Mapping I/O signals, verifying sensor-actuator response, and testing safety interlocks.

• • Installing and backing up PLC/HMI programs, job recipes, and setting process parameters.

• • Coordinating with mechanical and electrical teams for synchronization.

• • Supporting OEM engineers during trial runs, logic verification, and debugging.

• • Ensuring data logging, alarms, and safety protocols are functional.

• • Training customer team on operating the machine software.
