Job Description:
Media Tech Temple is hiring dedicated and confident Tele-Callers (Work From Home) to join our growing team. Your primary role will be to make outbound calls to customers and collect feedback regarding TVS services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound feedback calls to customers.
- Record and report customer feedback accurately.
- Maintain call quality and professionalism during interactions.
- Ensure daily targets are met.
Requirements:
Must own a laptop, USB headphones (BPO type), and a stable Wi-Fi or broadband internet connection.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with using calling software.
Must be able to provide the following documents:
- Aadhar Card
- PAN Card
- 1 Passport-sized Photo
Additional Details:
Training: 3 days of online training (UNPAID). After successful completion, an offer letter will be sent to your email.
You cannot use your personal phone for calls. We will provide a dedicated calling software.
To install the software, we will require access to your laptop.
