Hiring Brand Ambassador Cosmetics

Reports To: Store Manager / Brand Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Brand Ambassador to represent airport premium cosmetic brand at BIAL stores. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and skincare, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic, high-traffic retail environment. You will be the face of the brand, engaging travelers and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet and interact with international travelers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide in-depth product knowledge, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance lines.

Conduct product demonstrations and mini makeovers to promote new launches and core products.

Sales & Promotion:

Achi eve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Upsell and cross-sell products effectively.

Support promotional campaigns and in-store events to drive traffic and brand visibility.

Merchandising & Store Maintenance:

Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.

Reporting & Feedback:

Share customer feedback and insights with the brand team.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates.

Requirements:

Previous experience in beauty retail, luxury, or customer-facing roles.

Strong knowledge and passion for cosmetics and skincare.

Fluent in English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Night Shifts Mandatory

Well-groomed and professional appearance, consistent with luxury brand standards.

Must be eligible to work at the airport

Graduate  Graduate/Diploma in Retail /mercahndising  or fashion designing

Salary 30-60 k based  on targets+Other Benefits (PF+ESI+Gratuity).
