Job Description

Understand and promote home loan products to prospective customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and other channels.
Assist in client meetings, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and loan processing.
Maintain and update customer data and interactions in CRM tools.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for leads and conversions.
Provide excellent post-sale customer service and support.
