About the Role:
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business opportunities
- Generate 30 connected calls/day via cold-calling campaigns.
- Achieve a 30% conversion rate of connected calls into clean leads.
- Conduct 1 demo/week from organic leads, following BANT criteria.
- Optimize lead flow from LinkedIn, Google, and other sources.
- Ensure quality database filtering and validation.
- Conduct triangulation calls when required.
- Track and follow up on leads for higher conversions.
- Maintain reports on outreach, conversion, and campaign effectiveness.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in telemarketing or sales preferred
